You know, America has the highest number of anxiety-diagnosed people than anywhere else in the world. Almost everyone faces it. Even a 5th grader nowadays can have more severe anxiety issues than a 60 year old in the early 1900's. I'm not trying to say that there is a way to completly eradicate it from your life, but you can decrease it. I know many of you do not share my beliefs, but honestly, if you cast all your worries, anxiety, problems, and fears on God, and trust that He has everything under control, He will lessen that load immensely. Just acknowledge that you don't have control, let go of your life and instead ask, "God, what do you want me to do?" There is no secret to living an anxiety-free life. But if you take my advice, I promise you that you will see and feel change. It doesn't mean God will magically wipe away everything and make your life easy, but it does mean He will help you get through it with confidence and assurance. So just take a breath, relax, and stop. Let it go; give it to God.
